1. Outsourcing via the Lab Order Screen

  1. Navigate to the Lab Order Screen from the main dashboard.
  2. Select the test(s) that need to be outsourced.
  3. Choose the affiliated external lab from your configured list.
  4. Submit the order with all necessary sample details and tracking information.

2. Outsourcing via the Outsource Management Screen

  1. Access the Outsource Management module.
  2. View pending or scheduled samples that require outsourcing.
  3. Assign them to a preferred external laboratory with a few simple clicks.
  4. Track dispatch, results, and integration directly from the platform.
